Research

Short presentation

Since 2016, i am associate professor in computer science at the institute of technology in Le Puy-en-Velay (Multimedia and internet department).

I am member of Institut Pascal research laboratory (Clermont-Ferrand, France) in the image guided therapies team. My main research interest is image processing applied in the field of medical imaging. More specifically, i like to focus on new imaging techniques and features extraction in different applicative context. Currently, i work on hepatic vascular extraction in small animal experimental models of liver diseases.

More recently, i have tried with my colleagues to investigate the benefit of virtual and mixed reality techniques that can be achieved in various clinical applications.
